Sea vegetables

Eat your veggies whether they have been grown in the soil or the water. Yes water! Sea vegetables are the next greatest nutrient-rich food source coming your way and we are just getting around to realizing how great they are. Our ancestors would be laughing at us since they knew about these superfoods ages ago. Let’s get up to speed and start reintroducing kelp, seaweed, wakame and more. They come in greens, reds, browns, blue-greens and more wonderful colors. Talk about nutrient rich! Sea veggies contain tons of iron, iodine, vitamins, mucilages, minerals and so much more. When I am hungry I just chomp on a sheet of nori. Yum!
