Yarn
Allino from BC Garn (cotton/linen)
250g (9oz) light purple no. 13
3.5mm (size 4) crochet hooks
Crochet 5 ch and make into a circle with 1 sl st.
Row 1: Crochet 2 ch and continue with dc around the circle, total 12 sts.
Use a stitch marker to mark where the row
starts and ends. Crochet dc in a thread you pick
up on the backside of the work, so that sts from
the previous row are in the front of the work as a row of sl st. Continue in the same direction the whole time.
Row 2: Crochet 1 sc first, then 1 dc.
Continue with 2 dc in every st, so you get a total of 24 sts.
Row 3: *2 dc in first st and 1 dc in next st*.
Repeat from * to * until the end of the row.
Row 4: *1 dc into next 2 sts, then 2 dc in the next st*.
Repeat from * to * until the end of the row.
Row 5: *1 dc into next 3 sts, then

Make the back piece in the same way.
Assembly:
Place the two pieces wrong sides together and crochet together with sc. Leave about 25cm (10cm) for the pillow. Make the lace trim like this: *1 sc, 3 ch and 1 sc into the third st*. Repeat from * to * until the end of the row. Crochet then 1 sc, 3 dc and 1 ch in every loop until the end of the row. Secure all loose ends.
Make a button closure (see Good Advice) or sew together.
