1. In a bowl, combine the mixed greens, bell pepper, cucumber, celery, onion, and berries (set aside a few berries for the dressing). Top with the grilled chicken breast.
2. In a blender, puree the reserved berries with the balsamic vinegar and a splash of water, then sweeten to taste.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss, and serve with the stevia.
