Apricot Apple
Apples provide an excellent source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, so they’re great for keeping you regular. After juicing fruits you may blend them with 1 cup plain yogurt. Yogurt is very good for the stomach because it contains “good bacteria” that aids digestion.
