Banana Split Smoothie

Perfect as an after-dinner treat, this chocolate smoothie hits the spot. Although it tastes like ice cream, the honey used to sweeten the smoothie comes packed with B vitamins.

Ingredients

8 ounces soy milk or low-fat milk

1 tablespoon honey

2 frozen bananas

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  1. Place milk, honey, frozen bananas, and cocoa powder in a blender, and blend.
  2. Serve.
