Kiwi Crush
Kiwis are high in vitamin C and potassium. Eating kiwis regularly can help children resist respiratory tract infections. Best of all, they’re delicious!

Ingredients
2 cups mangoes, peeled and pitted
2 tangerines, peeled
4 kiwis, peeled
1⁄2 lemon, peeled
2 cups water
- Combine mangoes, tangerines, kiwis, lemon, and 1 cup water in a blender, and blend thoroughly, about 30 seconds.
- Add remaining 1 cup water, and blend again for at least 60 seconds or until fruit is completely smooth.
