Once upon a time, at a fledgling fitness club in Manhattan, an architect arrived to supervise the installation of the rock-climbing wall that would make the club a famous destination. She brought her ferrets, intending to stay with her fiancé and start their life together. Unfortunately, Leo had moved into his new girlfriend’s place, leaving his roommate Thom to deliver the bad news. They make a deal to share the apartment while she’s in town.
