Roast Chicken

Ingredients:

 

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of thyme
salt and black pepper, to taste

 

Preparation:

 

Start by preheating your oven to 375 F. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, black pepper and thyme. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
