WITH CURED MEATS
Cured meats from the region can be enjoyed on a slice of toasted bread (a crostino). The local speciality is the prosciutto d’oca (goose ham), but there’s also pancetta, sopressa trevigiana, which is a delicious soft salami … or the prosciuttos from San Daniele or Sauris, both in the neighbouring region of Friuli.
