D.16.1 Draw (11.4.1)

Without , the starting and ending points of the mouse drag mark the corners of the bounding box. With , the ellipse is enlarged so that its circumference passes through these two points ( is a special case, see below).

drag	Draw an ellipse
-drag	Make circle or integer-ratio ellipse

This restricts the ellipse so its height/width ratio is a whole number.

Draw around the starting point

This creates an ellipse symmetric around the starting point of the mouse drag.

-drag

This creates a perfect circle whose diameter is defined by the starting and ending points of the mouse drag.

In this tool, selecting by click disregards any grouping (i.e., acts as clicking with in Selector).

drag	Resize, make arc or segment

Initially, the two resize handles are at the topmost and leftmost points; the two arc/segment handles are at the rightmost point.

-drag	Lock circle (resize handles)
-drag	Snap to angle steps (arc/segment handles)

Resize handles change the width and height of the ellipse in its own coordinate system, before any transforms are applied.
