Sometimes life can become overwhelming, especially as you make the transition from childhood into adulthood. Being highly emotional during this time is not unusual. However, how you deal with your emotions can influence your ability to find your voice and achieve your goals. It can affect your overall resiliency.
The next chapters take a look at all of the aspects of your emotional self, from how you initially react to adversity, to how long it takes you to bounce back, to what strategies you can use to make the process easier on you and everyone else.
