Garlic-Soy Mayonnaise


MAKES ABOUT ½ CUP

Blue Plate is the test kitchen’s favorite brand of mayonnaise.

½

cup mayonnaise

1

tablespoon soy sauce

1

teaspoon minced or grated fresh ginger

½

teaspoon honey

1

small garlic clove, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about ½ teaspoon)

½

teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. (The mayonnaise can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.)
