Chipotle and Garlic Butter with Lime and Cilantro

tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

medium chipotle chile in adobo sauce, seeded and minced, with 1 teaspoon adobo sauce

medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)

teaspoon honey

teaspoon grated zest from 1 lime

tablespoon minced fresh cilantro leaves

teaspoon table salt

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
