Maple-Orange Glaze


MAKES 1 CUP

cup maple syrup

½

cup orange marmalade

tablespoons unsalted butter

tablespoon Dijon mustard

teaspoon ground black pepper

¼

teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick, syrupy, and reduced to 1 cup, 5 to 10 minutes; set aside.
