teaspoons minced or grated fresh ginger |

1. Place the tangerines in a fine-mesh strainer set over a medium bowl and drain for 15 minutes.
2. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon tangerine juice from the bowl; whisk in the scallion, ginger, lemon juice, and oil. Stir in the tangerines and season with salt and pepper to taste.
