Roasted Red Pepper and Smoked Paprika Butter


MAKES ¼ CUP

tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

tablespoons finely chopped jarred roasted red peppers

1

tablespoon minced fresh thyme

¾

teaspoon smoked paprika

teaspoon salt

Pinch pepper

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until smooth. While steaks are resting, spoon 1 tablespoon of butter on each one.
