Lemon, Garlic, and Parsley Butter


MAKES ¼ CUP

tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1

tablespoon minced fresh parsley

1

garlic clove, minced

½

teaspoon grated lemon zest

½

teaspoon salt

Pinch pepper

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until smooth. While steaks are resting, spoon 1 tablespoon of butter on each one.
