Warm-Spiced Parsley Marinade with Ginger

cup olive oil

cup packed fresh parsley leaves

jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and chopped coarse

tablespoons grated fresh ginger

garlic cloves, peeled

teaspoon ground cumin

teaspoon ground cardamom

teaspoon ground cinnamon

Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth, about 1 minute.
