Mustard-Dill Sauce


MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP

Use Dijon, honey, or grainy mustard, as desired. Depending on your choice of mustard, this sauce can be fairly hot.

cup mustard (see note)

cup minced fresh dill

Combine the ingredients in a small bowl. (The sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 day.)
