Apple-Mustard Sauce

Honeycrisp or Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into ¼-inch dice

cup whole-grain mustard

tablespoons Dijon mustard

tablespoons minced fresh chervil or parsley

tablespoon cider vinegar

tablespoon honey

teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in bowl.
