Tartar Sauce


MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP

cup mayonnaise

tablespoons minced cornichons (about 3 large)

teaspoon cornichon juice

tablespoon minced scallion

tablespoon minced red onion

tablespoon capers, minced

Whisk all ingredients together in bowl. Cover and refrigerate until flavors meld, at least 30 minutes. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.)
