Cinnamon Whipped Cream


MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS

For the best texture, whip the cream until soft peaks just form. Do not over whip.

cup heavy cream

tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch salt

Using stand mixer fitted with whisk, whip all ingredients on medium-low speed until foamy, about 1 minute. Increase speed to high and whip until soft peaks form, 1 to 3 minutes.
