Pear Tatin

We like to use Bosc or Bartlett pears here because they maintain their shape nicely when cooked. If you have it on hand, substitute Poire William (or other pear liqueur) for the Grand Marnier.

Follow the recipe for 30-Minute Tarte Tatin, substituting 2 pounds Bosc or Bartlett pears for the apples. Increase the cooking time by 5 to 10 minutes if necessary.
