About This Book

This story was quite the rollercoaster. I adore Pan and Viktor! They make for a great, odd couple, don’t they? And it was nice to finish up the storyline started in “Shifting Moon.” Also, I finally found the time to introduce Merlin properly. His story will be the last in the series, but I plan on having him pop up now and then as the series progresses.

In an odd way, I also enjoy Gregor and Arcas. I have a tendency to love my villains in a weird way. Though I also hate them, too. But I have to admit that it’s fun writing about the bad guys.

As with “Shifting Moon” I changed Stacey’s name to Natasha since there was a Stacey in “Wisdom’s Allegiance.” Also found it amusing that I apparently have a fixation on “two years.” From “Psychic Moon” onward, I frequently used two years as a time jump between major events. I don’t know why. So I changed it up a bit to break the pattern. That’s what happens when you write books in a series spaced out by months and don’t have a devoted beta to call you on your crap. That’s one of the many reasons I wanted to revisit all the books and modify as needed, to catch those quirks.

Well, I hope you enjoyed this installment and will join me for the next one where we revisit Agent Poe and his beloved mate, the master bear shifter Nordik.

May dragons guard your dreams,
