There is a Spanish expression that is used a lot in English: Mi casa es su casa. Now you know that this means “My house is your house”—in other words, make yourself at home!

Rooms and Furniture—Cuartos y muebles

When you’re at home—en la casa—you can use this Spanish vocabulary to explain where you are and what your house is like. Here are rooms and other places and things you might find in your home:
