I want to thank my wife and children, my mother, and my brothers and sisters for their love and support. I particularly want to thank my now deceased father for insisting that I read A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas, and Scaramouche by Rafael Sabatini when I was ten years old, which I reluctantly did.
