Having recently taken a semester of ceramics with a fabulous instructor and artist named Lana Wilson, I adapted this ceramic clay technique to use with polymer clay. Basically, you can make a mold of just about anything. This works especially well for making doll parts. Super Sculpey is great clay to use for this application because of its strength. After it’s baked, it will withstand the repeated force of pushing clay into it. Now all you have to do is to start scouring the house for objects that can be used to make great molds.

3 USE MOLD TO STAMP
Bake as directed. Condition a piece of Premo! and roll out to 1/8" (3mm) thickness. With the mold face up, press the rolled out clay into the mold. Invert and remove the clay from the mold.
