Makes 24 servings
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, cubed
3 T. butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 lb. crabmeat, flaked
onion and garlic salt to taste
garlic Melba toast
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together all ingredients except Melba toast. Microwave on high setting until warm. Spoon into a slow cooker; cover and keep warm on low setting. Serve with Melba toast.
To get rid of an onion smell after slicing, simply hold your hands under cold running water along with a stainless steel spoon or other utensil.
