Irish Cream Dream

When you’re having a crowd for a holiday dinner and you’re not sure what to make for dessert, get this going in the slow cooker, serve it to the adults, and bring out the Christmas cookies. Everyone will be thrilled!

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

6 cups strong-brewed black coffee

2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup Irish Cream Liqueur

Whipped cream to garnish

1. Put coffee, heavy cream, and cocoa powder in the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on Low for 3 hours, or until liquid is steaming.

2. Just before serving, add Irish Cream Liqueur and stir to combine. Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream.
