RESILIENCE
Stand up when you fall and embrace difficulties.
Keep going forward.
How many times did you fall before you learnt to walk? Ask your parents
to share with you on how you learnt to walk, run or ride a bicycle. Trust me
when I say that you definitely fell more than once. And that’s okay as that is
how we learn.
How many times have you failed in something? That’s okay too. Just keep
going forward.
How many times have you felt like a failure? That’s okay. Hug your failures!
Why? Because you are always learning from the mistakes to become a better
version of you. Let’s write down some of these areas where you didn’t do so
well and what you learnt from it.
What did I not do well
in?
What did I learn from this?
eg. I failed my math test.
Well, now I know that fractions are my weakest
topic. I can now focus more on fractions. The
teacher’s tips on fractions are something I can
try out with my next few worksheets.
