As you swallow, notice the sensations of swallowing your food
from your throat and down to your stomach.
10. Continue eating another snack or fruit and repeat the above
process.
Do this every day for your first three mouthfuls of every meal. Pay
attention to your food.
Have a variety of colours in your food, fruits and snacks for a colourful
and happy life. For the next one week, write down all the food and colours
of the food you have for lunch or dinner. After one week, ask yourself
what colours would you like to add to your meals.
