Create a Calorie Deficit

To lose fat, you must create a calorie deficit, which means you should eat fewer calories than your body burns in a day. A quick and easy way to create a caloric deficit is to stop drinking liquid calories. Soft drinks, fruit juices, fancy coffee drinks—all of these can be loaded with calories that don’t fill you up whatsoever.
