The Power of Oatmeal

Oatmeal is very high in fiber, so it will keep you feeling full all morning long while providing a slow, sustained release of energy. Because of its fiber content, oatmeal can absorb a lot of water, so be sure to stay hydrated and drink one to two big glasses of water with each serving.
