Chocolate Protein French Toast

French toast is traditionally loaded with calories. This version provides the protein, carbs, and fats you need for a balanced meal.

Serves 1

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and coat lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together egg whites and protein in a large bowl.
  3. Dip bread into egg and protein mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Add slices to skillet, cooking 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet; top with stevia, cinnamon, and syrup. Serve immediately.
