The California roll may be the most popular sushi roll in America, and the ingredients are quite simple. If you want a sushi fix but don’t want to learn how to roll it yourself, this bowl is a quick and easy way to enjoy some fresh California roll.

Serves 2

  1. Combine all ingredients except soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Evenly divide mixture into two serving bowls.
  3. In a separate container, mix soy sauce and vinegar.
  4. Drizzle sauce over rice mixture, top with ginger, and serve.
