Argentinian-Style Grilled Sirloin

A delicious twist on a traditional sirloin, this minimalist recipe allows the flavor of the steak to come through while providing a mild kick from the fresh seasonings.

Serves 2

  1. In a medium bowl, combine water, parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  2. Place steak on grill rack or skillet over medium-high heat and cook about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer steak to cutting board and let stand 10 minutes. Thinly slice steaks across the grain. Top with parsley and cilantro mixture before serving.
