Steakhouse Blue Cheese Burger
This delicious burger combines the rich taste of beef with the sharp kick of blue cheese, reminiscent of a blue cheese–crusted filet mignon. Serve on a burger bun or with a fresh side salad.
Serves 4
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning. Form mixture into four evenly shaped patties.
- Start to cook patties over a grill or medium skillet preheated to medium-high heat. Cook for about 3–4 minutes on the first side then flip; sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top of the patties and allow to melt as it cooks to your desired level of doneness.
