Hearty Beef Stew

Prep time is quick for this stew, and you can add everything to the slow cooker before you leave for work, ensuring you’ll come home to a tender, fresh dinner.

Serves 4

  1. Add potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, beef, tomatoes, and water to slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on low 7–8 hours, until beef and potatoes are tender.
  3. Add frozen stir-fry vegetables, cook another 30 minutes, and serve.
