Clean Your Equipment

Food safety is a crucial part of staying healthy, and a big part of this is keeping your grill clean between uses. Just because you’re cooking over a hot fire doesn’t mean you’re necessarily killing any bacteria left on the grill. To keep your food safe, thoroughly brush your grill grates clean with a grill cleaning brush after each use.
