Spicy Buffalo Macaroni and Cheese
This recipe combines two classic American flavors—buffalo chicken and macaroni and cheese. It contains significantly less fat than you’d get at restaurants that serve mac and cheese, so you can enjoy this dish guilt-free.

- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces grilled skinless chicken, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and return to pot.
- Stir in butter and Cheddar cheese until cheese begins to melt.
- Top with grilled chicken, drizzle with hot sauce, add blue cheese, and serve.
