Orzo and Shrimp Salad

This unique spin on a pasta salad uses orzo, shrimp, and Mediterranean flavors.

Serves 4

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. Combine orzo with shrimp, tomatoes, feta cheese, basil, oil, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
