Easy Kale Chips
Kale is the healthiest green on the planet, but it can be quite bitter to eat raw. Making kale chips is super easy and results in an addicting and healthy snack.
Serves 2
- 2 cups raw kale leaves, washed and torn into smaller pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Dry kale thoroughly using paper towels or a salad spinner; mix it with oil in a large bowl, coating each piece well.
- Spread kale out evenly over a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan.
- Bake 8–12 minutes or until it reaches your desired crispness.
