Protein Fluff

This delicious treat is very filling and will keep you feeling satisfied and energized. Use any combinations of protein and berries that you prefer. Whey protein will work in this recipe but won’t “fluff” as well as the casein.

Serves 2

  1. Add all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir. The mixture should have a thick, pudding-like texture. (You can eat it now as is or continue to next step to make it fluffy.)
  2. Using a power blender, blend mixture on medium 5–10 minutes until it fluffs up.

How to Make Protein Fluff Even Fluffier

By mixing all the ingredients in a bowl, you already have a satisfying, filling treat. If you have a blender available, however, mixing it for 5–10 minutes can double or even triple the volume, making this taste like fruity whipped cream. You may actually find it hard to avoid eating the entire bowl, so it’s a great way to fill your stomach with very few calories.
