Three-Ingredient Cinnamon Pecan Bites

Minimal ingredients provide a great source of healthy fats for sustained energy, and the end result is delicious and easy to prepare.

Makes 10–12 cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain dates and combine all ingredients in food processor, blending until smooth.
  3. Shape into small balls and place on lined baking sheets 1" apart.
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
