PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM FRUIT DIP

This dip is sure to have the kiddos getting their daily serving of fruit. The strawberry jam adds just enough sweetness to the rich cream cheese and peanut butter, while the yogurt gives the dip a slight tang.

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

½ cup peanut butter

¾ cup strawberry jam

1 (5- to 6-ounce) container vanilla yogurt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Apple slices, for dipping

Combine the cream cheese and peanut butter in a small bowl. Using an electric or hand mixer, beat on medium speed until smooth. Mix in the jam, yogurt, and cinnamon until light and fluffy. Refrigerate the dip until you are ready to serve it with plenty of apple slices.

MAKES 8 SERVINGS.

TIP: Squeeze some lemon juice over the apple slices to keep them from turning brown.
