ABOUT HCP

In 2014, the Fine Chocolate Industry Association’s Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund (HCP) announced the first trees producing cacao beans at origin to be designated Heirloom by its Tasting Panel. Information on these and all future designations can be found on: https://hcpcacao.org/ including information on applying or donating to the HCP as well as all the protocols in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
