ZORAIDA CÓRDOVA IS THE author of many books, including Star Wars: A Crash of Fate and Incendiary, the first book in the Hollow Crown duology. She was awarded the International Latino Book Award for Best Young Adult Book in 2017 for Labyrinth Lost. Her short fiction has appeared in the New York Times bestselling anthology Star Wars: From a Certain Point of View and Toil & Trouble: 15 Tales of Women & Witchcraft. She is the co-editor of Vampires Never Get Old, a YA anthology. The Way to Rio Luna is her first middle-grade novel. Zoraida was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and raised in Queens, New York. When she isn’t working on her next novel, she’s planning another adventure. She definitely needs a jackalope sidekick.
