Casa C-24

Architect: Ábaton Arquitectura

Landscape design: Batavia

Location: Madrid, Spain

Photography: Belén Imaz

This house is notable for the simplicity of its shape and structure. With geometric lines, Casa C-24 is divided into three volumes interconnected with the outside through large windows that open onto the first-floor garden. The kitchen and living room are separated by a 13 ft. (4 m) high sliding door, which creates a larger and brighter space.

A large window will always give the feeling of more freedom, light, and space. Choose thick, good-quality glass to retain the room’s heat and muffle street noise.
