Almanzora is a set of apartments in two blocks, which are completely different despite being connected. The building facing the street is much simpler in comparison to other buildings in the area. The interior building has a circular structure with an open concrete façade that emerges from the basement and is broken down as it ascends.

Placing artificial turf on the roof helps insulate and preserve the inside temperature throughout the year, which saves up to 26 percent in energy costs.

The circular building has a central courtyard providing access to each apartment through simply decorated and easy-to-maintain open spaces.
The circular building’s roofs are all landscaped, which allows residents to enjoy silence and nature on top of an apartment block.
