Nearly three thousand miles away, Paul Wing was sitting in his air-conditioned office in Oman.

He was in charge of logistics for the Eastern airfreight company, he was also an intelligence gathering officer for Strayker’s unit.

Paul was going through the daily schedule when his phone rang.

“Paul Wing Logistics officer Eastern air Freight Company”.

“Hi Paul, this is Strayker what’s the weather like over there.

“Good God is that really you Strayker!”

“The one and only.”

“I know this is not a social call, what can I do for you?”

“A friend of mine will be arriving on a scheduled flight from Tel-Aviv around four o’clock this afternoon your time, his name is Max Storm.”

“A Hercules transporter will be touching down around the same time, and will taxi over to your unit, I need you to meet Max and get him to the Hercules. Also you will need to get clearance from the control tower to allow our aircraft to taxi over to you; I envisage the Hercules will be on the ground for no more than sixty minutes top’s.”

“I can’t see any problems with that; will the aircraft need refueling,” replied Paul.

“No!” Strayker replied, “In-flight refueling has been arranged.” “Leave it with me, I’ll sort it, speak to you soon,” with that Paul Wing hung the phone up.
